To live love, to experience it, to recognize it, to see its transformations, to feel the subtleties and the passages, the moods, the differences, the phases, the mystery…
The experience of Love is not only immensely rich and unpredictable, it is also a fundamental component of our human evolution and, as it is the case with any evolutionary process, it activates and manifests through particular potentialities, diverse densities, different needs, specific essential forms: ways in which Being manifests through each and everyone of us.
In this retreats we open up to reconnecting with the Dimensions of Love. We explore the obstacles and prejudices that hide and prevent their manifestation; the uniqueness and particular qualities of each dimension; their significance, meaning and function in day to day life. Light, Passion, Nurturing, Intimacy, Merging are only some of the jewels that Being has bestowed upon us.
Prerequisites: Mastering the Inner Judge
Tantra is Love. Love that recognizes and understands the intrinsic unity of what is. Love that practices every day non-separation, union with the Self and the other, whatever and whoever the other might be. Love that doesn’t comment, judge and divide and consciously seeks meeting, fusion, synthesis.
Tantra is the melting and dissolving of the fear of disappearing of the separate ego; it is going beyond the boundaries of personality, one step at the time, with tenderness and commitment. Tantra is union with the body, with the emotions, with the mind, with the soul; union that through its manifesting frees us from self-judgement, from prejudice towards the world, from the need to make ourselves and the others different, from the effort of controlling our experience, from the agony of feeling isolated and out of place. Tantra is letting go and surrendering to what is in the present moment. Tantra is the supreme understanding that each one of us already exists as a complete, integrated and unique manifestation, and that it is through this uniqueness that the Kosmos knows itself in an ever-original way.
Tantra is the expression of our remembrance, our passion and reference for Life.
Tantra is the excitement of experiencing the continuous unfoldment of the mystery of this moment with innocence, curiosity and absolute participation.
Tantra is the meeting of Meditation and Love.
“Meditation means the capacity to be absolutely alone, and Love means the capacity to be absolutely together. Love means rejoicing relatedness; Meditation means rejoicing solitude, aloneness. Both do the same work, because on both the paths the ego disappears.“ Osho
Freedom to Be Yourself: Mastering the Inner Judge
Retreats are held in Italian. Translation to English is available and we will need to know at least two weeks prior beginning of the course
Love is the great mystery, one that with courage and understanding we can stop trying to solve. Love then possesses us, takes us, invites us and with our surrender the mystery becomes deeper and fascinating.
At the same time there are criteria that can help and support us in LIVING love and in SHARING love and these criteria are understandable and a practice.
In this course – part of a journey that we have called The Tantric Experiment – we will explore these criteria that we define as The Foundations of Love, through inquiry, exercises, meditations and sharing. In either case, if you are in a relationship or not, the embodied understanding of these foundations will give you a deeper intimacy with yourself, clarity about the obstacles you meet and your resources as well as direction about relating to yourself and the people you love.
“This love is waiting for you. There is no necessity, it can wait and you can die. Birth is beyond you, you are already here. Nobody had asked. Your permission was not taken at all. You were not even asked where you want to be and what you want to become. You always find yourself in the middle of life. You are already here. Birth has no choice for you.
So is death. One day suddenly death will come without giving you any warning. Not for a single moment death will wait.
Birth happens, death happens. They are beyond you, you cannot do anything about them.
Between birth and death there is only one thing you can do something about and that is love.
There are three great thing of life: life, love and death. Life has already happened, death is going to happen, it is a certainty. In a way it has already happened with the birth. One step you have taken already into the grave. The day you were born half journey is complete. The remaining half will take a little more. With life death has already penetrated you. Now only one thing remains to be done that you can do, something that depends on you, and that is love.
And because it depends on you there is every possibility that you can miss it. That is the agony of love, you can miss it. If you don’t do something, if you don’t become alert, if you don’t move towards it consciously, deliberately, you may miss it. There is every possibility that you might not be able to unfold it.
Hence the fear, the trembling, the anguish, the anxiety, whether will I be able to make it? Will I be able to move into love? Will I be able to flow into love? But side by side with this agony there is ecstasy that one is free. It is because of freedom that fear exists. If love was also predestined as life and death there would have been no fear, but there would have been no ecstasy either. Because ecstasy is possible only when YOU achieve something, when consciously YOU choose something, when deliberately YOU arrive somewhere.
When it is your journey and you are not being dragged.
That’s the beauty of love and that’s the danger too”
