In the last few months I have introduced a new series of sessions, made up of three sessions which are each 3 hours duration. The purpose of these sessions is to dive deeply into each of the following themes which I consider fundamental for any seeker. The themes need to be engaged with in a real, concrete and personal way.

Each session is unique, which means you can commence with the one that attracts you and feels the most relevant.  It is also possible to take the 3 sessions sequentially, and in that case the recommended order is as they are presented here:

1. The Treasure in the Darkness. Explore how to recognize and own your shadow, that is everything you avoid, hide and project. This session is about prehension and integration; regain your totality and your personal power. YOU are ALL that you are, and we will explore this with simple and effective techniques.
2. Conscious Evolution.There is a hidden grammar and language that we use that motivates and justifies HOW we live, how we act, and all of our values. This grammar has to do with the level of our subjective and social evolution. It is immensely helpful to understand its implication in your perception of yourself and the world. We explore how to participate consciously with our evolution on every level.
3. Waking up NOW! You can experience and realize Awakened Consciousness right now – it is your True Nature. It is Always and Already, without the need to wait and hope for a hypothetical future moment. In this session you will also learn how to practice FROM Awakened Consciousness in your day to day life, thus expressing your uniqueness and purpose.
